Roamer employ several electrical engineers, tech support professionals and system designers and we design, manufacture and repair our batteries from our UK service centre. We know our batteries inside out but more than that, years of experience designing and installing electrical systems for campervans and boats means we have a deep understanding of how to do things the right way.
Roamercare includes a 15 minute kick off call with one of our expert tech support team who can help advise on charging, storage and installation. Once you're up and running, you'll also benefit from unlimited technical support on any items purchased from Roamer, for the lifetime of your battery. This is over and above our comprehensive 10 year warranty.
Free initial set-up call
When you buy a Roamer battery, we will provide you with a free 15 minute setup call with our tech support manager, to assist with the installation of your new battery, review your set up, help configure chargers and answer any further questions you may have. A lifetime of technical support
When you buy a Roamer battery, you are guaranteed technical support for the lifetime of your battery. We have trained engineers, electrical system designers and battery technicians ready and waiting to help you out. 10 year warranty
Our 10-year warranty includes priority repairs at our UK service centre with free return UK shipping.Roamer guarantees to give a free repair or replacement in case of cells or BMS with defects proven to be due to manufacturing process.
Electrical Design Consultation
We offer an Off-grid Electrical System Design Service which includes specification of all parts, custom wiring schematics and telephone support for installation. We can supply everything from solar panels to fuses and if you buy your components from us, the services is free and comes with a price match guarantee.
Roamercare and our 10 year warranty exclude:
+ Faults arising due to failure to follow Roamer’s recommended installation, operational or storage instructions
+ Cosmetic damage which does not affect the normal use of the product
+ Work relating to a manufacturer’s recall of the product
+ Any loss suffered as a result of not being able to use the product, or any loss over and above the purchase price of the original item
+ Deliberate damage or neglect of the battery
+ Please note we reserve the right to charge for the expense of a service call, when no fault has been found with the product on inspection
+ You have statutory rights in relation to your product and those rights are not affected by this guarantee.
